Registration fees (in Euro, incl. VAT) are:

The course fee includes:

• Attendance to all scientific sessions

• Coffee breaks and lunches during the Course

• Certificate of attendance (EACCME accreditation)

Important! Do not forget to put your full name and Course name "VICO 2011" on the bank transfer. All bank fees must be paid by the participant.
Please note that payments from Lithuanian delegates can be transferred in Litas, exchanging Euro according to the official exchange rate 1 Eur = 3,4528lt.

Online credit card payments are available if you register using an online registration form.
 

* On site payments

Late fee will be applied regardless of when the registration was received.

Important! If you register as an Early Bird, the fee should reach the account no later than September 5^th, 2011.

Confirmation of Registration

The registration will be confirmed by email after we receive the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Course are strongly recommended to contact Vilnius Course Secretariat by email info@vilniuscourse.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

* Before August 15^th, 2011
50 % will be refunded from the payment.
* After August 15^th, 2011
No payment will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued after the Course. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. For refunds please contact Vilnius Course Secretariat.
